How it works

Four steps, one chat.

No cart, no checkout, no account. Preorders are handled personally over WhatsApp so nothing gets made that you haven't seen first.

    Send the idea

    Message on WhatsApp with the product, the fandom and any reference images. A rough idea is enough to start.

  2. 2

    Approve the design

    We come back with a mockup and a firm price. Change it as many times as you need until it's right.

  3. 3

    Pay the deposit

    A 50% deposit locks in your slot in the queue and we start making.

  4. 4

    Collect or courier

    Packed, wrapped and ready in 5–10 working days. Collect locally or we courier nationwide.

How do I order?

Tap any WhatsApp button on this site. It opens a chat with your product already filled in — send it, and we'll confirm the design, price and timeline from there.

How long does an order take?

Most custom pieces take 5–10 working days from the moment the design is approved. Gift baskets and bulk orders can take a little longer, especially over December and Valentine's.

Do I pay upfront?

A 50% deposit secures your slot and covers materials. The balance is due before collection or delivery. We'll send payment details on WhatsApp.

Can you do a design I saw somewhere else?

Send the reference on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly whether we can recreate it, adapt it or design something similar. We don't copy other artists' work outright.

Do you deliver?

Yes — nationwide courier across South Africa, plus local collection. Delivery is quoted per order based on your address.

Can you do bulk or corporate orders?

Absolutely. Societies, teams, birthdays, weddings and corporate gifting are all welcome. Message us with quantities and we'll quote a bulk rate.
